I work in the service industry and pretty much live off of tips. DD drivers definitely deserve to be tipped, but AFTER the service is complete just like the rest of us.

The problem is their tipping model. Tipping before a service is complete should be considered unrealistic, yet DD uses tips as persuasion for the drivers. There’s also no way to say you’re tipping cash until a driver accepts your order, WHICH THEY WON’T DO IF THERES NO CARD TIP!
