Never use @dpd_de they cannot fulfil a next day delivery, as the driver forgot my parcel - even though it was scanned and I was told my 1hr time slot. They won't take responsibility, and customer service raised their voice to me! I have lost two days of business due to this!

@ThisisDavina Six years ago my sexual health clinic offered a numbing gel before coil insertion. I am having a new one put in Wednesday-after 9weeks wait (plus the 3weeks waiting for the call back to make Z appointment) as GUM close and now GP will do on special contraption session! #Joke

@AsdaGeorge You are reducing your paper,but making refunds impossible! I did the online return but did not receive an email with the QR code. Customer services say I need to print a label they are going to send and can't resend the email,it is a one time code. I have No printer

NEVER BOOK @VirginExp I ordered x3 different vouchers 19th November and yet to receive these vouchers. They have my money, just tell me waiting in Admin then do not reply to your emails! They have no phone lines so you are screwed to get anything sorted #missedchristmaspresents

@RishiSunak Schools need smaller classes. Supported teachers, less pressure on exam and a change in curriculum- move with the times- teach life skills, mortages, debt, credit cards. Wider options, Not everyone learns sat in a classroom If you want to make a difference LISTEN to other views.
