Kyle Burden, 23, caught with sickening images of 2YO toddlers being r-ped, and who secretly filmed schoolgirls and sold the footage in his organised p*do groups, has walked free.

Burden covertly filmed schoolgirls from behind in public places such as shops, school settings and supermarkets.

He posted the footage on his telegram channels with added "offensive and sexualised" captions.

He also distributed made-to-order footage that fellow sickos in his groups could pay for.

But according to defence, he just "found himself in vile chatrooms", he gamed a lot as a boy, and "probably has autism".

Even Sheriff Niven-Smith at Dundee Sheriff Court acknowledged the "significant level of premeditation. This was not opportunistic filming."
"Potential harm here is high, seriousness is high."

Yet despite horrific organised crimes, high risk, sickening r-pe videos of toddlers, countless girls violated, filming and distributing and selling CSA - Burden WALKED FREE with just 3 years supervision and just 5 years on the sex offenders' register.

🚫Sex crimes in Scotland are at their highest level for 55 years.

Between 2024-25 and 2025-26, all recorded sexual crimes up 10.3%
and CSA images up 17% (49% higher than a decade ago)

➡️ Is it any wonder when despicable sickos can carry out this level of organised depravity with little consequence?!

@theamelia__ They can, but there's a big risk that one will become attached. I was in a similar situation, with ground rules that were agreed by both of us. Needless to say, she didn't keep her word.

@Rossmac212 Motorcycles have the right to pass through traffic/filter, blamed the rider for doing the right thing. Yet, no pedestrian crossing used and not looking. I wonder if she has hearing difficulties and couldn't hear the motorcycle engine.
