@TLRailUK we boarded the fast train from St Albans at 1443 on our way to London Bridge. First stop being St Pancras. We arrived at Farringdon exactly 1 hour later. We have just pulled in at London Bridge at 1556. Late for our table booking. We are not happy. Always delays

@TUIUK good evening. We are booked in a junior suite in the Marella Discovery on the Tropical Shores cruise 9 February to 16 February and have seen that Grand Suites are available for the same duration for an extra £26. Can you confirm if this is available to upgrade to? Thanks

@EE I ring EE & put on hold for 30 mins. The line then hangs up. I go into a store and there are 8 people waiting. So I make an appointment for today, get here 15 minutes early & seen 30 mins after my appt to be told you need to call the same number I called yesterday. Pathetic
