@Tesco delivery van was parked on the corner of Promenade Road and Bridge Street, Caversham at 12:17 this afternoon. To make matters worse the van was on the pavement and the cycleway blocking access for double buggies. I hope the driver will not to do this again.

We've had 100mm of rain in October and its still raining but @thameswater say I still can't use a hosepipe to water my garden. The lack of water is down to their misuse of our payments and under-investment.
