@KristaShennum @hrw Something interesting to keep an eye on in the future - grassroots movements of people that self-organize in so called "Decentralized Autonomous Organizations" (DAO) and use tech to tackle the issue without waiting for the gov. An example would be @beach_token

Transparent, on-chain reporting of properly disposed trash volume might make for some interesting data. Also #c2e (clean-2-earn) might feel more enjoyable than repetitive #p2e but idk.
