@LorcanKav @AerLingus Lorcan, don't waste your time filling out the forms, I'm almost 2 months filling out forms and sending emails with only automated responses. There is no customer service as far I can see and judging by most of the tweets ar Aer lingus.
I think we should just stop using them.
