PRIDE MEANS FIGHT BACK! 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️ The LGBTQ movement has a long history of militant struggle in this country, from the uprisings of the 60s, to direct actions and mass protests targeting politicians and corporations during the height of AIDS crisis. This is the spirit we want to carry forward, of uniting all who can be united to fight back against reactionary anti-LGBTQ policies, and for full equality in all aspects of life.
Lowk all the discourse affirms that we’ve got the correct line and everyone else is so fucking lost in the woods that up looks like down to them.
Like so sorry to be the bearer of bad news but are we reading the same shit? Are we products of the same history???
@kingofthedregs being a k-12 teacher in the US is also a working class job; i think your experience shows that a working class job is not a "death sentence" like the pb ppl on here are treating it
it also reaffirms how much i hate being a teacher😭😵💫
Everyone wants to raise class consciousness of the working class, nobody wants to join the working class to do so. Which means you’re content to tell people what to do without having experience. Trying to tell people what a pear tastes like without having taken a bite.
The amount of people who call themselves communists who have proudly and openly taken the position that they HAVE to be academics because the wc is violent, reactionary, and dangerous really has been quite the thing to see... literally a bunch of people who r terrified of the wc
@NiaFrome Not bad advice for individuals, but if you are looking to create a workers organization its probably a good idea to find ways to get direct contact with workers, ways to join organizations that workers have already created for themselves, etc.
Why is joining a trade so frowned upon amongst non-ML/Maoist Marxists? Why do so many want to limit themselves to academia, and social media? Why are you content with remaining spectators rather than becoming apart of the proletariat you claim to represent?

Hate to break it to you but almost all of the people saying this are not the next Marx, Engels, or Lenin. Less Phds please. More people fusing Marxism Leninism with the working class through actually fighting the boss.
@charybdeez a general is made up of its particulars. how can we claim to be a party of the working class if we ourselves dont understand firsthand the felt needs of the working class as our own felt needs? no investigation, no right to speak.
"After I became a revolutionary and lived with workers and peasants...I gradually came to know them well, and they gradually came to know me well too. It was then, *ONLY THEN*, that I fundamentally changed the bourgeoisie and petite bourgoisie feelings implanted in me" -Mao
“Divorced from its natural base in the working class, the U.S. left became increasingly dominated by middle class radicals and intellectuals - and their ideas.”
There is exactly one organization that is building for revolution in the US seriously enough for both the PFLP and CPP to recognize them. 🇵🇸🇵🇭

🇨🇺 Cuba has done it again.
Meet VAXIRA® — a therapeutic cancer vaccine developed by Cuban and Argentine scientists that helps the immune system recognise and destroy lung cancer cells. Approved in both Cuba and Argentina for advanced non-small cell lung cancer.
🔬 It works by mimicking a molecule found on cancer cells but almost entirely absent in healthy human tissue — meaning it targets tumours with remarkable precision and very few side effects.
📊 Clinical trials showed a significant improvement in survival for advanced lung cancer patients, with 1-year survival nearly doubling compared to the control group. Real-world data shows median survival of up to 24.5 months in maintenance therapy.
💉 Minimal side effects. Suitable for long-term use. Affordable and accessible — unlike many Western immunotherapies that price patients out of treatment.
And in 2025, VAXIRA® received Cuba's National Technological Innovation Award. All of this achieved by a country under decades of US economic blockade.
The United States spends billions on cancer research. Cuba, under sanctions, develops vaccines the world hasn't seen before. 🇨🇺🔬
