Provision of Sanitary towels should be made free by the Government just like Condom provision

[Essie @esther_aoko]

The government should ensure that they give sanitary towels to both the girls who are in school and those who are not.
Sanitary towels can be given to the local authorities ie chiefs where the girls at home can access them easily. ~Neema
