Thank you SO much to Rebecca, the @LNER member of staff who helped me onto the 12:00 train at Kings Cross. I had a panic attack on the platform and she took my case and guided me all the way to my seat. I am really grateful for your kindness and smile when I needed it most.

@IcelandFoods Im sorry to say terrible service in your Dartford store today. Lots of people waiting with just 1 till while staff chatting nearby. Then another till opens without warning & no one calls us over before a new customer is served. Staff seem unconserned & distant :-(

@TfL @bexleytogether Thank you 1000% to the bus driver LJ11 ADV who stopped for me. I have a blue badge and nearly cried when i didnt reach the stop as he came but HE STOPPED right infront of me. It was safe to do so. I am SO greatful! I hope this gets back to him
