@RoyalJordanian Worst airline and customer service ever! I have tried to contact via email and calls and no answer or the call ends after waiting 4-5 minutes, my flight is in 2 weeks and I don’t even know if I’m still having a flight.

@RoyalJordanian Worst customer service, while calling the call center regarding refund my money after flight cancelation, they told me that u should wait 10 days to see your email and was better if you buy from travel agency as refund will be directly!!! For future never use official channels!

You are not alone. Royal Jordanian did the exact same thing to my family flying from Washington DC USA.
Same playbook:
❌ Flight cancelled by RJ
❌ Cash refund hidden
❌ Voucher pushed instead
