There is exactly one organization that is building for revolution in the US seriously enough for both the PFLP and CPP to recognize them. 🇵🇸🇵🇭

How many officers were actually held accountable for police crimes? An increase in complaint investigations being closed is not indicative of justice being served. Community control of the police is the weapon needed to actually hold killer, crooked, and racist cops accountable
DC police complaints are up but so is accountability.
According to a new mid-year report from D.C.’s Office of Police Complaints, 587 complaints have been filed so far this fiscal year which is a 25% increase.
At the same time, investigations are rising with more than 300 opened and 376 cases closed which is a 15% increase in complaints closed.
It appears the system that @DCPoliceDept is using is responding to complaints. Body cam footage was available in most cases, adding transparency.
More than 100 complaints were tied to joint MPD & federal operations with many coming from Wards 4, 5, and 8.
@maustermuhle The public wants transparency and police lie the moment they open their mouths. We should know if there are white supremacists (whether it is police, federal agents, or not) lynching people of color in our neighborhoods. That’s ultimately the demand.
Demonstrators calling for freedom for ousted Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro rallied outside a Manhattan court alongside Venezuelan counterprotesters who say they are ‘upset’ at the demonstration. Follow for live coverage: https://t.co/CLYhz7gXyi
Legalization for All must be the demand. Abolish ICE is a pb radical slogan that will not meaningfully accomplish anything for the undocumented. Another arm of HSI will terrorize immigrant communities. L4A is a mass demand that gives undocumented ppl more security and freedom
Idk about yall but “abolish ICE” is starting to sound like “ceasefire.”
So what if we achieve abolishing ICE? What next? The call should be to end the US empire. The call should be to stop this death machine once and for all.
“we can’t fight back, because then things will only get worse!”
[it gets worse anyway]
“Ok now we REALLY can’t fight back, because it will get even worse than last time!”
[it gets worse anyway]
“Ok we can’t fight back, because then it will be so bad that we can’t fight back!”
It would be so tight if even 10% of the people who push this stuff were helping to rebuild a class struggle labor movement in the US that could actually facilitate it

@MattHunterMCR DC Against Trump Agenda Coalition (DCATA) is building a broad united front to mobilize as many people as possible to fight the occupation. We are marching through the streets, and engaging in mass cop watches shoulder to shoulder with the community, especially during curfew hours
“We are building the broadest coalition possible. You don’t have to be Black to fight for Black people, and you don’t have to be from DC to fight for DC! If you want to stand up to Trump and his racist police dogs, we want to stand with you!”
mistaking their friends for enemies, isolating themselves, and overall, weakening their position in the struggle against imperialism. How do we bring in the masses of people towards an anti-imperialist movement if we do not unite with them when they are activated by crisis?
There is identity between the class and national struggle. In a similar, way there is identity between the struggle against imperialism and the struggle against the occupation in DC. Ultra-leftists see a united front focused on defeating Trump and the occupation and criticize it
for uniting with all who can be united. Instead, they choose to criticize and attack the united front for not maintaining a socialist or anti-imperialist character. By doing this, they are refusing to see the identity between the class struggle and the national struggle,
