If you’re umpiring HS baseball or softball and a catcher respectfully asks you where a pitch missed at and your response is to bark back at them with “I’m back here and I can see it better than you can.” I’d say you should probably find a different hobby from 4:30-6:30pm

I asked Dan Hurley the same question I asked Tom Izzo: why does the media have a problem with coaches coaching players hard?

It's OK to eat during the game.
Your coaches should be encouraging it.
Mama or daddy shouldn't be bringing it to the dugout.
You should be forward thinking and pack it in your bag with everything else you need to play like a bad ass.

3/ The curveball is the pitch. Only ~500 breaking balls in MLB last year had that velo + depth combo or better.

Those pitches tallied a 52% whiff rate, 65% grounders, .161 xwOBA. In short, big stuff+.
Blum basically just started throwing it, still landing 5 out of 5 during his Pro Day.
