@TelkomZA the saga still continues after I was told it's sorted. When I call customers service it's just 1 chat bot after the other no assistance. I need to talk to a human about my account
@TelkomZA I was warned about getting a contract from telkom then I thought no I've had a great service for Fibre with telkom Then I get a cellphone contract then the worst happen the billing it's wrong the close my line no communication. I being passed from pillar to post
The call center agent does not know how to help me. I am told account is dealing with the matter and that in 72 hrs I will get feedback. I call after 72hrs still nothing. I asked the agent what must I do who can I talk too, she says nothing I just have to wait again.
I was warned about telkom's billing system and I still chose telkom. I have never had problems with telkom and always pay my bills. Today out of experience I can say Telkom is the worst and I would not advise anyone to take it. I should have also taken the advise
I then send the proof of cancellation and explain I am loosing business on an issue that is mot my fault. I call I email but no help. I am told today that someone checked my query at 8:45 but no feedback
@TelkomZA I again get a huge invoice in May including insurance that was canceled. I pay for my usage and device, then boom my line is closed. All this time I am calling telkom telling them about this billing issue
@TelkomZA I immediately cancel insurance mind it means the device was insured for one day after cancelation. April I get a huge invoice, including insurance fee the one that's canceled. I pay for my usage and device not insurance.
I am loosing clients and money. The problem is I got a device on contract in March, spoke to insurance in March an took thr insurance. A day after taking insurances I receive an sms saying the device will not be covered if I am not using a telkom Simcard.
@FNBSA I had the worst experience with your call centre, being posted from one post to the other. People not having a clue on how to help me. Then FNB Ghandi Square helped effortlessly. I am forever grateful to Ghandi Square branch they saved my business
