@JaceEngland1 with any bizop mechanism usually you fear when it gets popular but I’m actually interested to see people try publishing and spend their own money to run ads
@JaceEngland1 Personally I love that publishing is starting to get popular. It’s going to humble a bunch of retarded operators used to organic easy mode.
@maxwellcopy The productivity manual is funny, I got into nicotine and caffeine to improve it but now there’s always some mid schedule 20min poop session that fucks up the rest of my day. Please release thread breaking down your poop strat
yeah everybody told me that. I always assumed that. Turns out, when I wake up at 10am I feel way more energized than when I went to bed at 10 and woke up at 6am. And I did that for 3 years consistently. Gotta give credit to a @braedenbark post that pushed me to comitt to late night schedules.
i found mine recently. Go into a room, close the windows and start working. Write down your focus/energy every 3 hours. I realized my peak was from 6pm to 1am. I wake up at 9am, gym, shower, read, anything that I’d usually do before sleep, afternoon I have calls and then start working until I get sleepy around 1am.
not at all, I just read like 2-3 books from yogananda and did some research and found out about SRF
you look into how they structure the organizations, the retreats, the hierarchy, etc and you can definitely learn something from how well thought out it is.
though im sure Im just scratching the surface
@ethiireal @fromzerotomill yeah thats valid
so instead of “make 30k/mo with cold emails”
do
“increase your cold email reply rate by X%”
then add a mechanism around that and expand upon it
taking this directly from fazio
@ethiireal @fromzerotomill better mechanism, making their lives easier
if dealing with very qualified icp, talk about pride, having an edge, etc

Rich people buy expensive steaks, but they also buy cheap appetizers, if you offer them.
I don't blame coaches for believing "low-ticket attracts broke people"
The feel good "1 offer, 1 google doc, 1 million per year" lifestyle coaches are all about "raising your prices" and how the reason you're not making money is because you're not charging enough. (a few steps from this and you got shesells closers not wanting to work for you because you're not "seeing their value".)
Okay, keep your high-ticket prices high, but that doesn't mean you can't have a low-ticket in your product roster.
Especially for cold-traffic, if you stick to just one expensive entry point, you will burn a lot of money trying to make that sale.
Unless you have a killer sales team just ramming through the leads and getting them on payment plans.
But that's still the hard path.
And a killer sales team only GAINS from a good low-ticket funnel for cold traffic.
A well-built front-end lets the market give you a small yes first.
It recovers ad spend faster and it hands your sales team warmer, already paying buyers instead of cold leads who still think they're getting a free coaching call with your closer.
You give them a small taste of your main offer, your main outcome.
But with less risk and less expectations
Which means higher probabilities of delivering a quick win.
And quick wins creates happy clients.
And happy clients buy again.
And then, your expensive steak is there for them to pay and fill themselves with.
all of you info operators are fucking idiots who rinse methods immediately for instagram likes
back in the day we used to funnel hack and use it for ourselves and implement without saying anything
these kids have been psyopped to "post content" and ruin it for everyone
