In 2021, my friend Carole was diagnosed with terminal stage four cancer. A single parent with two kids, she had just turned 43. In 2017, she had watched her brother Chris die of the same cancer. He too was in his 40s.

If you trained each of these movements your body would be much stronger than everyone else.
Tendon issues are really common in endurance sports.
But I believe they hang around much longer than they need to in some athletes because we manage them sub optimally.

After much consideration I have decided to enter the transfer portal to see what new opportunities may be available.
Came across a study on 90 year olds that were put on a strength training program
They did 8 weeks of leg extensions (nothing else,just one exercise)
All the participants got stronger, 2 of them stopped needing to use a cane to walk
