Before I got pregnant, I barely cooked. Starting my second trimester, I was cooking 3x a day and rigorously tracking my nutrition with AI.

My non-negotiables for building a baby:

- Minimum 3 eggs daily for choline (I aimed for 600–900mg/day, well above the current 450mg recommendation!)
- 100–120g of protein daily
- Meat at lunch & dinner
- Vegetables at every meal
- Fruit 3x a day (kiwi is apparently good for baby's brain)
- Full-fat dairy and healthy fats
- Walnuts
- Parmesan cheese
- Fish 1x a week for omega-3s
- Kimchi in my third trimester for baby's gut
- Little to no ultra-processed food (after first tri)
- Prenatal vitamins

I had never been more motivated to body and brain build in my life.

Your words shape the woman beside you.

Praise her cooking? She’ll experiment more.

Compliment her beauty? She’ll put more effort in.

Celebrate her mothering? She’ll pour even deeper into your kids.

A woman who feels seen by her man expands.

But criticise her constantly?

She goes quiet. Pulls away. Stops trying.

Because she redirected her energy toward protecting herself from you.

The men with the best wives? They built them with their words.

Your woman is a mirror of how you speak to her.

You are one walk away from a happier day.

If you think screens have destroyed your focus beyond saving, you are wrong. it only takes a bit of effort to recover an attention span.

it's literally proven by science.

After 20min sessions solving cognitively challenging problems daily (10-20hrs total), students show significant gains in sustained focus and test scores.

Like physical stamina the mental stamina requires exercise.

Below I will give you examples on how to start doing it.

People need to understand this: these billionaire tech bros teach their children Montessori and Waldorf methods which focuses on teaching kids the ability to focus for long periods, think critically, and be creative, while they push attention-destroying short form videos and AI onto the masses and pretend it’s for the good of humanity.

They understand that your ability to focus and be creative is the main factor of success in the future, yet design apps that degrade those crucial life skills. The average person must be aware of this and resist this at all costs.

Adding my 2 cents as a woman in a longterm relationship:
- Do not nag, ever.
- Always receive things graciously.
- Express gratitude for everything he does for you.
- Do not criticise or belittle him, ever. Most especially in front of other people.
- Tell him you’re proud of him, often.
- Smile at him, often.
- Don’t speak negatively about him to your girlfriends (all they hear is the bad & eventually they will tell you to leave him).
- Learn when to shut up.
- When he’s going out with his friends tell him “hope you have a great night”. Then just, simply, don’t blow up his phone. Do your own thing, have a bath, read a book, relax.
- It is not his job to make you happy it is yours, he simply adds to it.
- Don’t say “you never do x” because he will continue to never do that. You’re just affirming the negative. Instead of “you never take me on dates anymore” say “I would love to go out for dinner, just the two of us.”
- Don’t ever bring up something while you’re angry & upset. Calm down. Think it through properly. State how you feel in 1-2 sentences.
- Let him drive. Let him open the pickle jar. Let him lead the way while out in public.

Marriages survived because men had the heart to endure women.

It lasted for generations because of MEN. Because of our emotional intelligence and our compassion for our wives.

Not because women were good partners. Because men learned to overlook a lot of stupid shit women do just to let peace reign.

Let's be real, women are NOT easy to live with.

They are not romantic. Their whole idea of romance is RECEIVING. What he bought for me, where he took me, what he did for me. Never what they give.

They are not funny. They are overly sensitive, they hate accountability, they hate saying sorry, they hate initiating sex with their own husbands, and they are controlling as hell. Stubborn and rebellious.

And that domestic violence you hear about in marriages? Most of it is STARTED by the wife. Pushing, slapping, throwing things, talking reckless, provoking until the man reacts. Then she wants to play victim.

Look at any relationship that doesn't have a man in it,it doesn't work.

Lesbians? Highest divorce rate. Highest abuse rate. Because there is no man there to tolerate their violence and their emotions. Two women together can't handle each other.

Female friendships? Even worse. Pure gossip, backbiting, jealousy, cutting each other off over the most childish things.

They will have 10 female friends by 2022. By 2026, only 2 are left. She has fought with ALL of them. Every single one is now an enemy.

But men are the problem.

Being grateful rewires your brain.

[Ken Peterson @kenofintegrity]

Fathers used to help their daughters navigate this.

-No sex before marriage
-Dating is only for discerning a husband
-Daughter had to be attracted to the young man, but also listened to her father if he knew the guy wasn't husband material

These old patriarchal ways still work.

Without them, the dating market will be broken. Girls will fall into promiscuity and boys will remain boys - never pushed out into the world of marital commitment, fatherhood and patriarchy themselves.

If you sit 6+ hours a day, your hip flexors are silently wrecking your posture and lower back

This is one of the cleanest demos I’ve seen

Do this for 30–45 seconds per side every day and you’ll feel the difference in less than a week

Save this. Your spine will thank you later

[Faith Alakija @FaithKhenny]

The Bible reveals that those in hell would desire for someone to return to earth and warn their loved ones not to end up there. Think about how terrifying that is. While we are still alive, we have the opportunity to hear the Gospel, repent, and turn to Christ. We also have the responsibility to warn others, preach Christ, and point them to the way of salvation. Eternity is real, and we must not remain silent.

[Scott Roberts @ScottRoberts]

Christian husbands:

Pray with your wife.
Read Scripture with her.
Listen to her.
Protect her.
Encourage her.
Repent when you sin against her.
Love her sacrificially.
Lead her toward Christ.

[Fathers Diary @Fathers_Diary]

7 THINGS A FATHER MUST UNDERSTAND

1. The more present the father, the more confident the child.
2. The more patient the father, the more the children open up.
3. The more he listens, the more they trust him.
4. The more respect he shows their mother, the more they learn respect.
6. The more he encourages, the braver they become.
7. The more he says sorry when wrong, the more humble they grow.

IT ALL STARTS WITH A PRESENT FATHER
