So much impact here in a clip of less than 2 mins. I feel for this hereditary leader and her community. She deserves our support. For me (an outsider), her story is THE STORY. #ShutDownCanada ? I don't think so! #WetsuwetenStrong#LNGCanada#CoastalGasLink
If the Bloc decides to back Poilievre with these standings, Poilievre becomes the Prime Minister.
The Liberals right now even with the NDP and Greens don't have 172 votes... They will need to improve as more ballots are counted. #cdnpoli
Am a long-time Canadian fan of @profgalloway , but this does seem like a pretty egregious lack of disclosure. Would love a comment on why this aired the way it did.
Ian Bremmer, founder of Eurasia Group, employer of Gerry Butts, and until very recently Carney's wife Diana Fox Carney, Liberal candidate Evan Solomon and former Trudeau advisor and now close Carney advisor Gerry Butts, was interviewed by Scott Galloway last week.
Bremmer's Eurasia Group got millions in untendered contracts from the Trudeau-Carney Liberals over the last few years
He makes no mention of any of these conflicts-of-interest when praising Carney to Scott Galloway... Bremmer probably even arranged the interview with Galloway and Carney
Carney was advisor to the Liberal Party, no mention of that to Galloway from Bremmer
His talking points are all Carney's talking points
"Now they're running an outsider"
Going on US podcast for Carney (and Bremmer) allows him to frame his BS talking points without any unwanted fact check or pushback
So many policies that were implemented by Trudeau were based on imported US Democrat policies and legislation. That never gets mentioned. However every time Poilievre announces he is cutting one (like single use plastics ban yesterday), he's framed by Carney the paid Liberal MSM as a 'mini-Trump'
Canadian MSM is complicit in this deception. Never a fact check on Carney, Bremmer or Eurasia Group
@MarkJCarney
I have a lot of respect for Gordon Campbell. His points are well-taken. RT: Bell: Former B.C. Liberal premier has a word for boomers before voting Carney https://t.co/92DqndANCl via @calgaryherald#cdnpoli#bcpoli

This is Mike de Jong here. I've seen a lot of confusion on social media about my Conservative Party nomination. Let me explain what actually happened. (2/12)
Best Amanpour @profgalloway segment I’ve seen, by far. Covers tariffs, corporate politics, Canada-US political history among other items. Well worth a look. https://t.co/CHT5neGsVd
Kudos to NDP MP @taylorbachrach for a strong, articulate media hit on CNN this morning calling out the #Trump#tariffs as a job killer that will only hurt everyone.
Trump agenda for April
1) Crash the world economy with tariffs
2) Wreck NATO by annexing Greenland
3) End 1st and 5th amendment rights for immigrants
4) Welcome measles to toughen the species
5) Pardon financial criminals
6) Help Putin smash Ukraine
7) More memecoins!
I was researching when the Canadian news media began their dumb tradition of never referring to the incumbent PM with the title of “prime minister” during an election and instead always calling him “____ party leader.” It’s a very recent thing. Only began during Harper.
See below… what a perfect time for a Mad King POTUS to try to cripple the US/Canadian/Mexican/German/Japan/Korean auto industry with insane tariffs; a new Trump “car tax” on U.S. consumers of $6-8K per car. (Chart H/T to @robert_ivanhoe)
@medeabenjamin You can’t physically detain -- even for a moment -- a Senator by foot-stopping the Members’ elevator door. It makes your protest look silly. Has nobody told you?
