I am 1 of 3 runners who will complete 150km between May 15th - June 15th to raise funds for medical aid, equipment & vital supplies, desperately needed for Palestinians in Gaza. Please support at

All money will go directly to Medical Aid for Palestinians.
We were delighted to join Teresa and Claire from the GP social work team who were recognised by the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust - Chairman Awards tonight. They have been an outstanding support to our school and very worthy recipients. 👏
Something so satisfying about this man’s refusal to take the bait with the usual leading questions on migration. Just calmly & stubbornly fair-minded, straightforward, no nonsense answers in a perfect Wexford accent right in the middle of the town. 10/10
The past 8 months in Gaza have been described by Palestinians as "Hell on earth." The images from Rafah in recent days are a horrifying testament to this. This must end. Urgent action is needed to stop this humanitarian catastrophe. #CeasefireNow#AllEyesOnRafah
We have been in contact with the Palestinian FA for several months in attempts to arrange a friendly at Dalymount Park.
Talks are continuing, facilitated by @IrePalestine, as we try find a suitable date 🇮🇪🤝🇵🇸
All proceeds would be used for humanitarian purposes.
Our 2023 shirt, in support of @ps4lorg, is still on-sale, and last week another payment of over €8,000 was sent to the West Bank.
These payments are used to support children's right to play football as a tool to try relieve the huge trauma they are suffering on a daily basis.
Our pupils were joined in the sunshine by @CllrRyanMurphy & @RonanMcL93 removing litter, recycling waste & improving our local environment! Past pupil David stopped off to donate refreshments & the Lord Mayor hosted our team, rewarding their work @belfastcc! A huge thank you!
@fiona_ferg@PatSheehanMLA@cmcoy3971 "Politics of civility?" I was ashamed to hear PBP supporters heckle and say to an older protester, who asked them rightly was this the time or place, to "Shut up you geriatric c**t". Keep the focus on the Palestinians' dire needs and party politicking to the doorsteps and votes.
Thanks to all our fabulous prize winners, parents, staff, governors and special guest Mr James Mc Ginn for attending our Celebration of Success today🏆🥇👏
Superb atmosphere at the ‘Great Refugee Week Picnic’ in @Rosario_YFC on the Ormeau Road today.
Highlights for me were the Turkish grill and the Sudanese ice pops.
Many thanks to @BelfastCofSanct for the invitation. This is your city too!
#refugeeweek
Even Belsonic couldn’t stop @ormeauparkrun today in that weather.
Many thanks to the volunteers and Ormeau Runners for the tea and coffee after.
Preparations underway for the ten year anniversary this day fortnight. I hear the cake is going to be big!!!
Sometimes a crisis hits so hard that a country needs help from others to overcome it. That’s not one-way humanitarian saviourism, it’s international solidarity. 200 South African firefighters land in Edmonton, Canada to help fight the wildfire. Sound up 🔊
Picked up lots of issues from residents while taking the posters down the last few nights.
Speeding in Mount Merrion Park, broken telephone boxes and much more.
We’ll work our way through them and report back to you.
Lookin’ after Lisnasharragh!
Our Refugees Welcome shirt - which raises money to assist people in Direct Provision alongside @masi_asylum is back in stock in all adult sizes with thanks to @ONeills1918 🔴⚫️✊
