@vladlobachevsk2@GlennYoungkin The VASC didn't reach that question (the question of ballot language) because it was unnecessary to the decision after it ruled that the process didn't follow the state constitution.

@BachmannRudi I see no distinction in the desire to gerrymander. There are state to state distinctions in process and state constitutional requirements. In this case the process was and is fatally flawed. Also, claiming we can do it because they did is 3rd grade thinking.
