Now UNIQLO India is denying refund saying “quality check failed”. One product refund is already processed, but second refund is denied unfairly. What happened after pickup is not my responsibility.

@UniqloIn @UQAmbassadors @jagograhakjago

I specifically asked the pickup partner about the refund, and he confirmed the products were verified and correct. He clearly said refund would be processed by evening because everything was checked and updated from his side.

I ordered products from UNIQLO India and initiated return on the same day after delivery. Products were returned in the same condition as received. Your pickup partner checked and verified all clothes before taking the return.

@k_saurabhh @GoibiboSupport @makemytrip @jagograhakjago @ConsumerNyay supports @k_saurabhh in this matter. Despite repeated followups,refund confirmation,and all details already shared, there is still no proper resolution.Customers should not face such delays and mental harassment for a basic refund issue.

Still no response after repeated follow-ups, despite all details already shared multiple times. Continuous delays and silence only strengthen the case of deficiency in service and mental harassment. Escalating this matter further now.

Booking ID and contact details have already been shared multiple times via mail, DM, and previous tweets. Repeating the same request instead of resolving the issue only wastes the customer’s time further.

5 days since my last tweet, still no response. Repeated delays and false timelines caused mental harassment and loss of time. Ignoring this only shows lack of accountability.Refund and Compensation still pending.

@k_saurabhh @GoibiboSupport @goibibo @makemytrip @jagograhakjago @ConsumerHelp_ please escalate this issue.

Repeated delays, false timelines, and excessive follow-ups have caused mental harassment and loss of time. Immediate refund + compensation required, or I will proceed with legal action under Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

[Saurabh Kumar @k_saurabhh]

@GoibiboSupport @goibibo @vikalpsahni @makemytrip @jagograhakjago
New timelines again? It’s already been 20+ days despite refund confirmation.This clearly amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under ConsumerProtectionAct, 2019,causing mental harassment. Resolve immediately.

Docket No- 9215011 Despite confirmed refund and multiple follow-ups, no resolution for 20+ days. This delay has caused mental harassment. Request your intervention.

Proof attached no reply in DMs. 48-hour timelines repeated, but 20+ days gone. Refund promised but still not received. This is highly unprofessional and misleading. #BoycottGoibibo #GoibiboFraud #MakemytripFraud

This is not acceptable anymore. Multiple 48-hour timelines have already passed. 20+ days delay for a confirmed refund is unjustified. Process it now.
