If there were no forced sellers, then foreign capital would help get supply to market quicker, albeit at a higher price floor. The best path depend on expected # of forced sellers

I've long been an advocate for free speech, and what happened today at UVic should concern everyone - particularly the arrest of one of the planned speakers (she was later released).
Just last year, pro-Palestine protesters set up an encampment on UVic grounds for THREE MONTHS before being dismantled. Yet OneBC's event today was shut down right away. It gives the sense that the law is being enforced based on compliance with 'acceptable' political views, which isn't right.
For those who aren't fans of OneBC, remember: it isn't about whether you agree with a given opinion. It's about whether a person has the right to express it. And it's only when you support the right to free expression for those you disagree with that you can truly claim to stand for free speech at all.

As a young Liberal campus club president myself, this is shameful. 34.4% of Canadians voted Conservative in the last election, including 45% in UBC Okanagan's riding-- Conservative students should be allowed to organize on campuses, just the same as Liberal and NDP students.
