I hate the part on recipe blogs on"Why This Recipe Works."
It is a waste of space and energy and I will change it to fit my families needs and tastes.
I go by Captain Barbossa for recipes - "They're more like guidelines."

You know you have a good cook book when it has to held together by a a binder clip. My Chili Nation is now in multiple pieces and some pages are missing.

Check local laws as some places do not allow them.

@mcharcuterie I had one these in my first STL apartment. Book case on 1 side full size mirror on the other and spun on the center and led to a huge walk-in closet. Building was built in the 1920s and also had original claw foot tub and head level tank toilet.
