@sighhowdidit@crowdedmmovie no, she’s a fan of his art but not him as a person. people took this interview line to mean she must’ve been the one defending him in that song, but she directly said herself that the lyric is about not defending his character
@MeNoLikeBirdApp what a depressing way to view the world and its people. for your own sake, I hope you’re able to find your way out of this mindset someday. Things are absolutely hard, but that doesn’t mean we don’t have to resign ourselves to a dull & jaded life. good luck
@MeNoLikeBirdApp@offbeatorbit aside from all the other points people are making, I feel there there absolutely is a point in connecting with people who you may never see again!! small, momentary human connection can still be meaningful even if it doesn’t develop into a longterm friendship or anything
@jzux you are calling someone “a little strange and kind of an asshole” for being autistic and describing their experiences as an autistic person. they aren’t even making their symptoms other people’s problems or anything, they’re pretty self reflective about their challenges
@tabula__rasa2@wnderlustingem ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy, which i’ve been told has similarities to EMDR, though i haven’t done EMDR myself) was life changing for me personally (specifically regarding my PTSD)!!
@wretched_skull just making a point to yelp any time they actually hurt u has always worked for me. they learn pretty quickly to avoid the specific behaviors that cause yelping when they play (bc they don’t actually want to hurt u!!
@subtoconnorpls a little bit, but mostly i’m noticing a lot more of the “liking one tweet about something and suddenly my entire timeline is other tweets about it” phenomenon
