@selfhealerscirc Awfully relatable. However, it also makes me think about articulation. I like to think that there's no chance I'm the only one feeling this. What if the folks around me are struggling to articulate their feelings.
Definitely been a road of ups and downs health wise but trying to head in the right direction. If you missed this video, I got to team up with @LenovoLegion on the Yoga Pro 7 with a very special guest

The most important step toward robust mental & physical health is when we realize that no single protocol, program supplement or Rx* is alone going to solve it & we instead initiate a series of *daily actions toward persistent wellbeing*. Those actions are (& always will be): 1) sleep, 2) viewing sunlight (even through clouds), 3) movement (cardio & resistance & mobility training; not necessarily all on the same day), 4) quality nutrition (content, amount timing), 5) social connection, including connection to self.
From there, the list expands, of course, based on individual needs, preferences, disposable income, etc. but the above 5 form a robust and reliable foundation.
*some people require Rx medication support of course. That does not erase the need for the basic 5 behaviors.
I just got a phone call from a NY public school teacher. Last year, her husband died of cancer, so sheโs had a horrific year.
She was in tears when I answered the phone. I took a deep breath.
Her 300K in student debt was cancelled via the IDR adjustment.
She is so thankful.
"What our work says is even in the worst case scenarios, the environmental footprint of not only vegan diets but low meat diets are much, much better than high meat consuming diets," said Peter Scarborough, an Oxford professor who led the study. https://t.co/4JrWKHq2YU
People who follow a plant-based diet account for 75% fewer greenhouse gas emissions than those who eat more than 3.5 ounces of meat a day, according to new research. A vegan diet also results in significantly less harm to land, water and biodiversity. https://t.co/7r4oGIgDl8

You can stop feeling like something is wrong with you if someone else is in a bad mood.
