When I drop an email I will get some response within 10days.
In today's world & within the banking industry 10days really.

@IRCTCofficial @eCateringIRCTC @irctcsouthzone I have purchased chicken biryani from IRCTC outlet of Nagercoil Junction yesterday (18.11.2024).
They have not provided any bill and upon insisting they provided a handwritten bill.
Also they asked for Rs 14O instead of Rs 147.

Pls include all the services and food menu with the ticket so that passengers will know what are the services they should get. Also pls provide a forum where people can post there complains/concerns and actual culprit can b tracked down.

want to highlight where mismanagement/corruption is happening-
1) No newspaper
2) instead of 8 only 3 cleaning guy present in the train
3) No one knows what is there actually in the menu. So all the items are not provided all the time.

it is happening once in every 2days.

Please check this as it may be happening for other trains also
