@SamaHoole you can't burn calories. calories are the measurable heat from combustion, not itself a fuel.
Eating in a vaguely estimated decifict by counting calories is not a reliable way to maintain good body composition. "Success" in CICO is depletion and deterioration, not health
@Will_of_Europa@wilsonhlthcoach Also taurine is a major contributor to bile production and it encourages gal bladder purging. Bile is meant to condition your digestive tract to work properly.
@wilsonhlthcoach Drinking lots of water and restricting added salt was the only remedy I found for not absorbing fat.
I now get thirsty when I eat fat, but it took a long time to rewire my brain to ask for water, until then I had to make sure to drink constantly in a surplus.

@shitpost9000@vaizaragorn This connects 8 cells in parallel, not a great design. To make it safe you'd need to put fuses between the cells. Also it charges those cells at only 1A across all 8. It will take forever to charge this up.
@visualbasic97 There is. It's all about compounding growth overtime. Starting young simply gets the ball rolling sooner so it has more time to ramp up.
As we age we just don't have the same incentives to advance beyond what is just enough to acomplish a task.
