@john_sukazi @ZANewsFlash It's the "while doing crime" part that is a bit problematic. The statement by Icebolethu itself says "allegedly involved in criminal activity". If by Icebolethu's own version the conduct is still "alleged", what exactly is the basis upon which the claim is "excluded"?
