Elijah McClain (140lb) placed in carotid hold and injected with 8mg/kg ketamine (dosed for 220lb). Suffered cardiac arrest and brain death.
Officers said he was “acting crazy,” “definitely on something,” with “incredible, crazy strength”. Elijah McClain was heard saying “I am an introvert, please respect the boundaries that I am speaking. Leave me alone.”
