We are recruiting adults who are currently prescribed a GLP 1RA medication for weight management to participate in a pilot study. The 10 week study will examine how resistance training and nutrition education help preserve FFM and metabolic health during weight loss.
Time to park the phrase "You can't outrun a bad diet" and replace it with "You can't out-nutrition being inactive"
Exercise > Nutrition for overall health... of course, both required for optimal health (plus sleep, stress, purpose...)

@mackinprof Yah, no. I immediately decline any review request with a turn-around period of 7 days or less. There’s just no way for me to do a fitting job in that time with everything else on my plate.
@DavyBrenda A student in my SN course presented a critique on this product last semester. Supplements were randomly assigned, but the pool consisted of only products that were selling really well. Yes, people are buying (a lot of) this crap. Ugh.
No diet will replace the benefits of exercise.
Exercise and diet are not mutually exclusive.
Don’t blame the potato for what the chips did to you.
You can’t outdiet frailty.
Protein won’t harm the bones or kidneys.
