All this article says is it was discovered early enough in the season that they won the championship fair and square because teams had the chance to adjust to the cheating.

@Repete4VT @BJSymons And again, if Cinci and Indiana aren't investigated heavily by the NCAA, this was never about the integrity of the game. He bet on games while at both those universities while suiting up for games. He never suited up for a single game at Tech.
