@hayden_zelem@rsms When things behave on an interface as you would expect them to, you have psychological safety to navigate and get things done. If unexpected interactions happen, you feel nervous to use and learn about the product.
Thanks @rsms! Love talking about these invisible interface elements that are actually the little big things. Youโve got me thinking more and more about the importance of psychological safety in product design.

@whale@reallygoodemail I'm so glad! It's always gratifying to know the hard work you put in is resonating in some way, and just so you know, IT IS! Glad someone was wearing that sweatshirt so I could say hi :)
One year ago on June 1, I committed to pursuing full-time freelance to see if it would workโand it has!โthanks to all my wonderful clients and supportive friends/family. Sometimes the bad things that happen can lead to the best adventures.
A little over a year ago, I got let go from my job. They were making cuts and eliminated the whole marketing team. What felt like a devastating blow turned into one of the best things that could've happened.
This gif is how I feel celebrating one year of full-time freelance! Thanks to all my wonderful clients and supportive friends/family. I sent out my first official design newsletter to celebrate and if you want to get on the list, sign up here: https://t.co/uaw1cMNgjo
So great to meet you in line for breakfast this weekend, @whale! Been a big fan of @reallygoodemail for a long time. Thanks for the inspiration curation!
.@CreativeMarket - Can you bring back the grid view on purchased items? It really helps me browse quickly what I've gotten over the years (and it's been MANY years).
And while we're at it, can you add the big drop automatically to the purchased items too?
Love y'all!
@gavinortlund That the Garden of Eden was basically a musical until sin entered. I heard that Adamโs words he spoke to Eve rhymed, so they couldโve been sung, and so maybe everything was! Thatโs my theatre kid dream.
