@bgurley It’s horrible. For employers with lots employees you end up paying small balances on a large number of work weeks, which yields huge settlements with it being imperceptible to any individual worker. Total ambulance chasing suits.

CA is set to raise their state cannabis gross receipts from 15% to 19% July 1. This is their answer for a failed regulatory structure ie Prop 64. Tax increase comes on the back of many high profile retailers going out of business. @CAgovernor can prevent this tax increase. $msos
