I just had a wonderful experience with amazing customer service from @eventbrite and @eventbritehelp ! Big thanks to Chase and @juliahartz

[Cory Bretz @corybretz]

@juliahartz are there any real humans working at @eventbritehelp or are they just AI Bots?

[Cory Bretz @corybretz]

@eventbritehelp @eventbrite yes I'm very patient. But the site issues have returned. Any idea when they'll be resolved? Apologies are nice but the inconvenience is real.

[Eventbrite Help @eventbritehelp]

Our temporary site issues have been resolved. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused and thanks again for your patience!

[Cory Bretz @corybretz]

Is anybody actually getting good customer service from @eventbritehelp ?
