Origin UI is joining @calcom
It’s now @coss_com, a more ambitious project, set to become the best infrastructure for the web
We’re already working on the new UI library that will power the platform and remain open to everyone building great UIs
Exciting times for open source!
Just dropped the @coss_com Drawer component 📦✨
✅ 4 directions + 3 built-in variants
✅ Snap points & Nested support
✅ Swipe-to-open area
✅ Responsive examples (Dialog & Menu → Drawer)
@pacovitiello you just made me IMMEDIATELLY add coss to our codebase, was on the fence but this singlehandedly just told me yall care about details as much as I do
@FloNocode@calcom as of today, only the https://t.co/lcJHwRQPg9 is live, but the scheduling APIs will move over very soon! they are currently available at https://t.co/R4Td8xo8yD 🙏

Here is an awesome shadcn alternative
Coss UI (previously Origin UI) by @coss_com. beautiful, slick, accessible React components, built on @base_ui, and maintained by top frontend engineers like @colmtuite
Still, if you want to stick with Radix UI, nothing really matches what @shadcn offers
Made @Scheemeio a PWA for MVP. The mobile experience is slick now with it.
My stack for development..
@nextjs - 100% Typescript Web application
@coolifyio - VPS management & Deployment
@shadcn - UI components
@tailwindcss - CSS styling
@Hostinger - VPS Hosting
@tan_stack - Using Tanstack Query
@realkeydb - Server Cache
@tiptap_editor - Using for docs/editor
@dndkit - Best DND package IMO
@resend - Transactional Email
@Cloudflare - R2 Object Storage
@Docker - Containerized Deployments
@coss_com - Formerly Origin UI (Cal Components)
@better_auth - Currently NextAuth package
@geteslint - Linter
@stripe - Payments and billing/subscription management
@lucide_icons - React Icons
@prisma - ORM
I am sure I am missing tons more things I have running in this, but I have put this so you can know you can just do things...
Not an engineer by trade, and so many opinions here on X about the stack chosen and Next js this, and shadcn that. All of these things are battle tested and are simple to get going, so I highly recommend.
