@AskeBay Yes, it's still an issue as far as I know. Getting them to contact eBay for something that should just work is a tall ask... adding a ton of friction to the buying process doesn't help sellers at all.

@AskeBay If they proactively cancel for an invalid reason ("found better price" 10 mins after the auction ended) there is no way to report their bad behavior. Why not just charge buyers upon auction end?? It's such an easy fix...

Bad bosses often go unchallenged because their abusiveness creates feelings of fear & exhaustion among the people who work for them.

This can lead to a false sense that everyone agrees with the boss, when instead people who have vital perspectives just chose not to speak up.
