@dmgbnagar Sir please help! I am resident of Pan Oasis(Sector 70), an unregistered flat owner. Builder have hired a maintenance agency @colliers_ind who is sending threat mail and not allowing tenant to move out or in. They are forcefully recovering maintenance charges.

बड़े वादे करने वाले साया ग्रुप का ये आलम है कि नोएडा एक्सटेंशन के साया ज़िओन सोसाइटी में एडवांस में मेंटेनेंस चार्ज लेने के बावजूद सिक्योरिटी और मेन्टेन्स स्टाफ का वेतन 2-3 महीने से न देने के कारण आज सारा स्टाफ काम छोड़ कर रोड पर निकल आया।

And builder have given us an open threat to deduct amount from today. Is this what @OfficialGNIDA @CMOfficeUP was formed for!!
