@lavicpa@TaxMama Agreed, but a Few K1s to enter and analyze is a lot different than getting the whole package to work through. If it’s a WIP return and we are waiting on others that’s an acceptable exception.

@JoshuaSheats An LLC is a passthrough entity so the tax return would be in the child's name, not the business. It's a good idea to teach the child how to be in legitimate business, also how the U.S. tax system works. At the state level it could vary 🤷🏾♂️
