@2SqueakyWheels @missrobinson For context, I have 2 degrees and almost 10 yrs of work experience in office-based jobs. Getting to the "top" isn't just about hard work. Luck and connections play a part, and there are barriers to success. It's an unfair system and that's the problem.

How was 2023 for you?

For me, I've stopped working on life writing projects (not sure when I'll pick it up again), I haven't done as much reading as I would have liked but I have continued to work on my blog. So it's been a mixed year.

I've just come back from a trip to Osaka & Seoul. What surprised me was just how easy it was to get around by public transport with announcements in different languages & different language options on ticketing machines. Signed, a grateful traveller.
