@InPostUK @YodelSupportUK what kind of company are you. Yesterday you sent a text giving me a time slot for delivery, no parcel delivered. app telling me it's only two stops away all day. Now I have to wait for a week for a parcel I paid next day delivery. Unacceptable

@easyJet I am fed up of noone doing anything about my flights. I am still awaiting a call from easyJet as promised last week in Thursday. It's now 8days and yet I had been told someone will call me within 72hours.

@DougieRedman22 @easyJet This I believe as I have not even flown with them and I have received the worst service. Flight changed which affects my holiday. I am told I can only change to an airport in the same city, now Manchester has one what am I supposed to do. I am not amused at the moment

@easyJet Not at all. The way you deal with customers is really bad. I am going to loose money due to you lot changing my flights and when I ask to have the flights changed I get a lot of hog wash from yourselves. Never again will I book a holiday with you lot

We see that @SteveBarclay has told @BBCR4today programme he is meeting with doctors later today.

Actually he cancelled the 9am meeting we agreed so he could do media, and a further meeting is not yet agreed.

Hopefully it will be soon.
