There is no use arguing with some Chelsea fans.
Suppose Chelsea made a move for Van Hecke, the comment would have straightaway been: "Oh great, another Brighton player. These people never learn."
Now that they are not signing him, it's: "PL proven, but these are letting Spurs sign him! SDs are useless."
Same with Savinho, who will cost about the same as Garnacho and has scored the same number of PL goals in 2025/26.
Senesi on a free transfer as Tosin's replacement would have been good, but it's not like missing out on a World-Class CB like Rudiger.
Konate was not interested in any other PL club, especially with Real Madrid and Saudi clubs offering crazy $$$.
It is the first week of June, and the window is 10 days away.
Fans wanted them to move in silence and not brief the media on everything; let it happen that way. Why are the same people complaining that there are no leaks now?
We probably deserve another red card for that last post! But in all seriousness, congratulations to @Arsenal on winning the Premier League and a great run in the Champions League.
Looking forward to picking up the battle again with you next season.

Enzo Fernandez’s camp have already made Chelsea’s hierarchy aware of the midfielder’s desire to leave and are now unwilling to engage in any new contract talks.
Real Madrid’s recruitment department now believe Fernandez would represent the superior long-term fit. Florentino Perez views Fernandez as one of the centrepieces of his upcoming presidential campaign and has ordered extensive groundwork on a potential deal. Real Madrid believe they now have a clear understanding of the financial structure required to tempt Chelsea into negotiations.
Enzo Fernandez is also being presented internally as a marquee objective. Importantly, Jose Mourinho is understood to be a huge admirer of Fernandez and has made it clear he would welcome the opportunity to build his midfield around the Chelsea captain.

Every setback, every red, every mistake hurts. It cuts through the fibres of my being and rattles me to my core.
But it makes us stronger and make no mistake, in these perilous times, I HAVE your back Wes.
Let’s make movies next season.
He is the worst signing we’ve ever made. Considering the fee, wages and productivity he hands down take the cake. Werner won a cl, Lukaku got fucked off immediately
Newly promoted Sunderland doing the double over us and securing Europe on our head. Absolutely pathietic. And to think some of these nerds want pay raises.
