@calm why did you shut down the API for Sonos? I don’t have an alternative way to use Calm now so it looks like you’re losing a customer until it’s fixed.
@dazngroup why are their adds every time I swap to a different game? I paid you over $250 so I could watch all the games, not miss big plays because I have to watch 45 seconds of adds every time.
This is brutal. Can I get a refund?
@DAZN_help_@dazngroup It’s pretty straightforward, every time I change feeds, I get two advertisements. I switch feeds to see a play, I miss it from the adds. I’m not sure how a screen recording would clarify that.
@Lynx_Air It’s been 30+ hours since the flight was supposed to leave…it’s a bit late to be doing something about it now since your last flight that could accommodate on today left 4 hours ago. I guess I’m curious what your plan is when you cancel a flight and leave people stranded?
@Lynx_Air you cancelled a flight from Calgary to Halifax this morning…it was supposed to leave at 8am…it’s now almost 2pm with zero information on what to do…what is a reasonable expectation for a solution?
@TD_Insurance It’s worse than the last time I called…9 months ago. Back then it was only 1 hour 45 min hold time. The time before that was 1 hour 30 min…it’s been like this for years…
@TD_Insurance just so you know I gave up trying to reach out and hung up after 2 hours and 15 minutes on hold. I could have easily bought and started 7 or 8 different policies with other insurance companies during that time. Why can't you just answer your phone?
@RBC why can’t I call a branch directly? I get an automated system that demands a client card that I don’t have yet…which is why I need to speak to a branch.
