We have uncovered data that reveals a horrifying reality which is being suppressed, and needs to be addressed, urgently.

Texans all across the state are suffering tragedy directly resulting from a betrayal occurring within our Judicial branch of Government.

Since 2021, we estimate that approximately 1,200 Texans have been murdered by defendants who were free on bond despite violent criminal histories.

We explored the numbers, initially including only the Top 5 metropolitan areas in Texas. The estimated total for only those 5 areas of Texas is 800 murders (or more) since 2021.

These murderers were released unto the citizenry by corrupt judges imposing an evil agenda, many times with cooperation by prosecutors.

Were you outraged as we were by the murder of Iryna Zarutska?

Since 2015, Texas has suffered more than 2,000 Iryna Zarutskas - perhaps many, many more.

One example from Harris County - the murder of Louis Erebia. An amazing husband, father, family man, model citizen and leader of his community. He died protecting a friend of his son, literally taking a bullet intended for the young man, fired from the gun of a carjacker.

That carjacker is a career criminal with a violent record. Yet even after a violation of his probation sentence for attempting to strangle his girlfriend, Harris County Judge Te’iva Bell had the violent felon serve only 2 days before releasing him to once again prey upon the citizens of Harris County.

Texas deserves a Governor who leads the charge for law and order. Judges like Te’iva Bell are abusing their positions all across this state.

They not only must be removed from the bench, they must be prosecuted for Aggravated Negligent Homicide.

Each and every case where a citizen is murdered by a violent felon who was released to prey upon the public by one of these judges, and the prosecutors who collaborate with them, is a gross violation of the most basic duty of government - to punish evil and protect its citizens.

Where is Greg Abbott?

Again, we estimate that between 2200 - 2800 Texans have been murdered by violent criminals released by these judges and prosecutors.

Yet - in all that time, we can find no documented instance where Greg Abbott used the authority of his office to seek removal or prosecution of a specifically-named judge for a deadly bail decision.

Not one.

As with most priority issues facing Texans, he campaigns on the issue, effectively doing nothing.

Texas deserves a Governor worthy of this state, which is built upon an earned reputation for law & order. That reputation is being shredded by this Governor and the D/R uniparty he actually represents.

Texas deserves and needs:
A Governor who leads.
A Governor who will act.
A Governor who will relentlessly pursue justice for Texans.

That Governor is JENN MACK.

The Federal Government Does NOT Have Supremacy Over Texas

Article I, Section 1 of the Texas Constitution is titled FREEDOM AND SOVEREIGNTY OF STATE.

It is the opening section of the Bill of Rights in the Texas Constitution of 1876, adopted February 15, 1876, and it has not been amended.

Article I, Section 1 states the following:

| Texas is a free and independent State, subject only to the Constitution of the United States, and the maintenance of our free institutions and the perpetuity of the Union depend upon the preservation of the right of local self-government, unimpaired to all the States. |
