Typically they are very right leaning in their politics as a result (before conversion, they may have been more moderate politically)

@redeemed_zoomer Less formal than ms/mr. Last name. More formal than calling someone by first name. It’s more common with children addressing an adult who is a family friend or neighbor. Also more common when addressing an elderly person. It’s a friendly acknowledgment of respect.

@LiquidSAnon It hurts my heart. I’ve always been a tomboy as a child, and as an adult. But as I’ve gotten older I’m happy as me. If you asked teenage depressed me I could have very easily have been influenced into transitioning, and I don’t know if I could have lived with that as an adult.

@puppyochako I always like how Zuko was never really a “true master” with firebending. He’s good, but he also had other skills he can rely on like swords. Plus it pushed his character to be open to learn from others like iroh.

@viridianmoon_ Same thing happened to me after graduation. I needed any kind of work but wasn’t getting any leads, so I made a new resume with just my associates listed and previous service jobs and got a call back immediately.
