Ok so I guess no one is going to figure out real AI coding for users? Who wants to take down the big boys? Will probably have a real solution in months.

@petersteele Maybe look into FSBO or talk with a realtor directly and let them know what’s going on. Closing on a house might take a while, but if the owner lets you stay/rent there until then. If that’s a thing.

@petersteele I use AI for everything except creativity, big problems and structure. AI beats me at everything else so I’m happy to pass it off and reduce the workload.
