Them: no it won't. Me: Deleting an app deletes the data. Them: no it doesn't, please reinstall. I did so ... and of course (1) downloads are empty and (2) error persists so I can't download anything for my 14 hr flight tomorrow. Shittiest customer service experience ever!
@CraveTVHelp sucks. I paid a subscription and download the iOS app two days ago. Downloaded 9 shows then got an error trying to download more. 20 is supposed to be the limit. Customer service (Jessica May) say "delete and reinstall". Me: ummm that will lose THESE downloads.
