@easyJet I think your staff at Alicante airport need some retraining in customer service! Approached a check in desk with 2 free child items & it was the biggest inconvenience to the staff, didn’t want to help, barely said 2 words to us

@StarbucksUK Beaconsfield Sainsbury’s store - I asked for a oat milk babychino due to a dairy allergy. I am so glad I checked it as it wasn’t oat but cows milk! I am so glad the child didn’t drink this as they would have been very very poorly!

@CenterParcsUK longleat:very disappointed with our stay. Few issues: swimming pool was freezing cold, no comms:road resurfacing or the lake being closed.the kitchen wasn’t fully equipped. Path outside lodge slippery, flooded & no light so difficult to see at night

@johnlewishelp I visited the Cafe at the High Wycombe store today & was shocked to see there was only 1 vegan option - a falafel wrap. There was no hot vegan meal option. Pretty shocking and near impossible to eat

@JoJoMamanBebe I just want to say how lovely & friendly the staff in the Marlow, Bucks store are. Having visited a couple of stores over the last few months, the Marlow staff really stand out, always chatty, helpful & nothing is ever too much trouble for them.

@InPostUK I’m trying to drop off 2 parcels with @EvriUK_Help digital labels but both the lockers I’ve tried have told me the that both QR codes are invalid. Any ideas why?

@parcelforce what is the point in giving a time slot if you are going to try to deliver 25 mins early. Left a note saying to leave in safe place or with neighbour, also registered these on the tracking info in case I wasn’t back! Yet you have ignored all this & not delivered

@Dominos_UK I ordered over an hour ago & still waiting. Every time I call the Marlow store to ask where it is I’m told 10 mins.. this has now been half an hour! I asked for a refund as I can not wait any longer due to going out - apparently this isn’t possible.

@TravelodgeUK stayed at Brighton Seafront last night, checked in 8:15pm-8:30pm, requested a travel cot upon arrival & a further 3 times before it finally arrived at 10:40pm. Other issues:room was mouldy around the window, cracked glasses at breakfast, didn’t realise & cut my lip
