@CelcomDigi, it's been a month since I requested my fiber internet relocation. I can't use my internet, yet you're still charging me. Your issue with the port with TM is not my problem, and I shouldn't be charged for it. @idhamnawawi please do something about this.

@MCMC_RASMI@CelcomDigi It's now been 42 days (1 month and 12 days) without any contact from CelcomDigi regarding the termination of my internet service and the waiver of my penalty, due to their failure to initiate the necessary procedures for the relocation. @idhamnawawi

This is unfair to me since this is not my problem. Itβs their unresolved issue with TM but they keep charging me for the service that I cannot use due to their problem. Just terminate my internet and waive my penalty @CelcomDigi
@MCMC_RASMI@CelcomDigi@idhamnawawi I've been doing that since August 30th, and @CelcomDigi keeps closing my complaint by marking it as resolved. I don't know what your policy is on investigating falsely resolved complaints, but you should take this matter seriously as they keep closing my complaint multiple times.
