This is a bad decision that will endanger patients and increase risk of HCW absenteeism due to COVID.
Threatening nurses, doctors, patients, journalists, harassing them and throwing rocks at them is not about liberty, it is about abusing rights to do harm and inflict pain. Any society that sits back and lets this happen has lost its will to live and to protect its most vulnerable

Rights are not absolute, they can collide. Public health is important. So are freedom and autonomy. Canada’s Charter specifically allows governments and institutions to take reasonable measures to protect public health. The same is true in other countries. 2/3
