Avoid @HRBlockAnswers for taxes this year. They are having some serious internal issues, forget about customer service they just hang up on you. 6 times, basically every call I have had with them ended with them hanging up instead of helping. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Hey @NC_Governor why do we get assessed because the NC DOR website is trash? I can't file my NC 3 online because the site wont load and when I call I am told if I mail it I get fined. It has been 3 damn weeks and I cant get anywhere.
